Our Vision

To create a global culture of optimal health by aligning physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being through the science of Kundalini Yoga, meditation, nutrition including therapeutic juices, vitamins, counseling and sound therapy.

Our Mission

To promote health and well-being for all people through education and outreach initiatives based on the SuperHealth System to heal addictive behaviors through Kundalini Yoga, meditation, nutrition, counseling thus empowering all people to stand in their authentic selves.

SuperHealth (SH) is an NGO in consultative status with the United Nations Economic & Social Council—recognized for its specialized expertise in supporting global goals for the prevention and treatment of substance use by 2030.

In collaboration with Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), SH offers community workshops across Northern New Mexico, serving economically underserved populations to strengthen health literacy, address stress-related conditions, and support mental and emotional well-being.

SuperHealth is an approved provider of continuing education, offering licensed CEs for Registered Nurses (Holistic Nurses Association), New Mexico Counseling & Therapy Practice Board, NAADAC, and the California Boards for MFTs, Social Workers, Educational Psychologists, and Clinical Counselors.
