We live in a time of great stress. This presentation features a unique approach in yogic science for mental self-control. Participants will understand how food affects sleep, mood, energy, digestion, and elimination of a person in treatment. The presentation will explain food combinations and therapeutic juice formulas for cleansing and rebuilding. It will integrate practical tools, such as breathing techniques to counter cravings and restore nervous system strength that has been handicapped from the use of substances. Through these learned techniques, one can transition from recovery to self-discovery.
