Understanding the Problem
In the yogic perspective, ages 3, 7, 11 are critically important in child development. At these ages, the child’s belief system is being formulated and imprinted into his psyche. This is about himself, his family, and the world at large.
Strong and consistent emotional connection with his parents or caretaker creates a sense of security and confidence. He is happy and fulfilled, and has the internal resources to succeed under all odds.
Without this nurturing and quality care, he may carry the pain of rejection, fueled with anger, fear, and a deep insecurity. This creates a Mental Trauma.
When pain takes over, simply getting through the day becomes the focus.
He decides to numb this emotional pain. He may use drugs or develop harmful behaviors to block the intensity of these difficult feelings. This can turn into a habit, and then an addiction.
True healing begins by rekindling his spirit and connection to God.

Education about food is critical. Healing processes are remarkably accelerated with specific foods that detoxify and rebuild the body. Knowledge about these foods for health and healing is empowering.
The health of our body and the steadiness of our mind depend upon receiving the proper nutrients.
Foods impact the ability to handle stress, and heal from the effects of substances, alcohol, and self-destructive behaviors.
Specific diets, therapeutic juice blends, herbs and vitamins expedite toxic release and improve health and healing, as well as restore the health of the organs, muscles, glandular system and nervous system.
